Morning Has Broken - Roland Professional Styles

This is a Christian hymn first published in 1931. It has words by Eleanor Farjeon and was inspired by the village of Alfriston in East Sussex, then set to a traditional Scottish Gaelic tune, "Bunessan". It is often sung in funeral services.

English pop musician and folk singer Cat Stevens included a version on his album Teaser and the Firecat (1971). The song became identified with Stevens due to the popularity of this recording. It reached number six on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, number one on the U.S. easy listening chart in 1972, and number four on the Canadian RPM magazine charts. Interestingly, the Cat Stevens' recording was piano arranged and performed by Rick Wakeman and led to the song being known internationally.

This is a one-off single rhythm complete with intro's/endings/fills & variations written in the style of the song for G70, E09, E50, E60, E80, EXR5, EXR7, BK3, BK5, BK5OR, BK7M, BK9 and Atelier 800 & 900C instruments. (Please note this is not a song file - often referred to as a midi file - that refers to and plays only one song. Subject to the chords you play on your instrument this style can be used for many numbers of which Morning Has Broken is just one.
