General Docking/Parking Conditions and Disclaimer
Cancellations
Please notify Carillon Dock of cancellations by telephone conversation or recorded mail only. Notification of cancellation received by email, text, other multimedia messaging or answerphone messages cannot be accepted.
In event of cancelation, monies will be repaid in the event of death or severe illness where a certificate will need to be submitted when claiming back a deposit, subject to the decision of Carillon Dock.
Events Beyond our Control
Carillon Dock shall not be liable for any cancellation, curtailment or otherwise caused by reason of war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of airports, cancellation or changes of schedules by airlines, and all similar events beyond its control.
Credit Card Security
Online credit card transactions are handled securely by specialised payment processors.
Complaints Procedure
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint concerning Carillon Dock, either:-
i. Email complaints@carillonstudios.com. We will acknowledge receipt of your email within 7 working days.
ii. Write to Carillon Dock, 39 Brooks Lane, Middlewich, Cheshire, Cw10 0JG, England.
iii. Telephone 01606 270148 (+44 from outside the UK). Please note that the telephone line is manned from 10.00am to 5.00pm UK time Monday to Friday.
A senior manager at Carillon Dock will personally deal with your complaint and you will be kept informed during all stages of the complaints procedure.
Invalidity
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
Governing Law
This contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
Plain English
We will endeavour to use plain English language at all times.
Third Party Rights
Except for our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives, a person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.
