Carillon Music Festivals
Our festivals and events are an international gathering point for
enthusiasts and professional musicians alike. Founded and run by husband and
wife team John and Jackie Romero, Carillon Festivals has been organising musical
breaks for well over ten years. With professional concerts and informal sessions
from top musicians alongside exhibitions from leading music shops and
manufacturers, our festivals always offer the highest quality entertainment.
Whether you play or would just like to spend a few days in the
company of like minded people, the unique, friendly and bubbly atmosphere of our
festivals really has to be experienced first hand.

The
Queens Hotel Eastbourne. We are very pleased to present our guests with this beautiful Victorian hotel,
which is the centre piece for our February festivals. It is an iconic symbol on
the Eastbourne seafront and is situated less than 100 metres away from the pier.
The hotel has many advantages and features that benefit our music festivals.
Upon arrival the first thing you will notice is that the Queens
Hotel has its own private car park with more than enough space to accommodate
all our guests. First impressions are important and the grand public rooms
immediately give a feeling of luxury and assurance of a comfortable stay. The
spacious Concert Hall has a high domed ceiling and is an excellent backdrop for
our concerts. The Ballroom is ideal for both our afternoon tea and evening
dances. All floors are accessible from the two lifts and most bedrooms have
excellent sea views. The staff are proud of their reputation for being very
friendly and helpful and we are looking forward to your stay at this special
venue.

The
Cumberland Hotel Eastbourne.
Next years autumn weekend festivals will see us back at this popular hotel after
a four year break. Although the atmosphere of the hotel has not changed the
building has had many upgrades since 2008 as well as a major change in its
management team. So consequently and following many requests from our guests we
are greatly looking forward to our return to this great venue with a fabulous
line of artistes. The Cumberland is one of Eastbourne's
premier hotels, it has a wonderful position on the seafront opposite the
bandstand as it overlooks the flower-decked promenade and the English Channel.
The comfortable lounges and Wordsworth Restaurant have breathtaking sea views
whilst the 71 en-suite bedrooms are tastefully furnished with television, radio,
direct dial telephone and tea and coffee making facilities. It is a slightly
bigger hotel than our previous venue and can offer more bedrooms, seat more
people comfortably in the dining room and has a bigger ballroom with a larger
dance floor area. There are are a number of other facilities that we have not
been offered before with the ballroom having its own bar, usable balconies in
some rooms.
